We've spent decades growing and harvesting oysters in the waters off Sea Level. We know what they taste like at their best, and we're particular about what goes on them. That's why we partnered with Charleston-based 9°80° Gourmet Sauces to create something we'd actually use ourselves.
Classic heat, clean flavor. Made with sweet red pepper, distilled vinegar, lime juice, and habanero for a bold but balanced kick that doesn't mask fresh seafood. Smooth and easy to drizzle over raw oysters, grilled shellfish, fish dishes, and seafood boils. Also works as a marinade booster or mixed into cocktails and dressings.
Bright and citrus-forward. Lime juice, apple cider vinegar, sweet green pepper, habanero, pineapple, wild cilantro, and savory herbs come together in a verde sauce that pairs naturally with seafood. Great on raw or roasted oysters, shrimp, scallops, and fish. Mix it into marinades, dressings, or cocktails for a fresh lift.
